Kids Connect is Ready for Charlotte!
Kids Connect, an NC-based nonprofit dedicated to engaging kids of
all ages in community service, offers resources and tools to families,
youth, educators and organizations working with young people. Our new
website searchable database allows site visitors to identify
opportunities for serving locally, as well as many project ideas that
can be done "Anywhere, Anytime" There is also a community board where
you can share local events, service-oriented resources, ideas for
fundraising and much more.
Currently, most local opportunities posted in the
database and calendar are working with are Raleigh/Durham based
agencies. We hope to expand and need your help! If you know of
organizations in your area that offer volunteer opportunities
for children and youth, please share! We believe that only by this
sharing of information, ideas and resources that we can grow to reach
more kids - helping them to understand the importance of making a
positive impact on their community. Please join us!
