Cary's Fall Farm Picks

Green Level Gourd Farm, ApexIf you have little ones and don't want to spend a fortune for sweet autumn memories, this is it. Green Level is a small, very friendly, family owned farm. They sometimes have donkey rides out there ($), crafts (small fee), small games (free) and a short, not-scary hayride ($). If you want a whole day of it or need a little extra for older kids, this is the farm for you. General Admission is $10, includes hayride with pumpkin and Playland Park. They have LOTS of add ons (which could add up!); gem mining, pony rides, train ride ($3). But is it fun and on the perfect fall day I am sure you'd have a great time. Phillips Farm, Cary I'm not really a corn-maze kinda girl, but I do like this one and this farm. This year they offer- Corn Cannon, Cow Train, Pumpkin Launcher, Tube Swing, Hay Mountain, Peddle Carts, The Corn Box, Big Slide and more. Prices-- $10 adults, $6 kids, 3 and under free. I think this is a great in middle farm for price and amusement. A Pirate Treasure Corn Maze This is their first year open. Let me know what you think when you go! |
